Ignite Your Bodyweight Training With Hindu Pushups And Squats

I love bodyweight training, and in my opinion, is one of the BEST ways to pack on muscle. But most people over look it, thinking that its too basic or because they are just using their bodyweight that they aren’t building a TON of muscle. Well, I got news for these people – some of the best upperbodies in the world were developed through bodyweight only training – not just gymnasts, but many wrestlers and combat athletes still train “old school” and have the look to prove it.

You don’t have to get 60 minutes of exercise in one daily session. You can break exercise up into three or four 15 minute daily sessions or even three 10 minute daily sessions and it will still be beneficial. If you want to exercise all at once that is great. If you want to break exercise up into daily sessions, that is great too. Just remember, 30-60 minutes total is ideal.

If the chairs are high enough, your legs will easily clear the floor with a simple 90-degree bend. Keep them bent and keep dipping. If this strains your wrists, then place pushup handles on the chairs, and grip pushup handles to neutralize the wrists. These work just as well. In fact, if the chairs aren’t quite high enough, the pushup handles will add height and more easily enable your legs to clear the floor.

Money & Job Issues – Many students go through college using money they have borrowed and with the money they earn from part-time and summer jobs. When unexpected expenses pop up or when an income source is interrupted or stops, things can get complicated and stressful.

We won’t know how good LMNO could have been. But based on the 28 second clip, it has definitely piqued my curiosity enough, that if it had not been cancelled, it would have been on my keep-an-eye-out-for-this list. The idea could make for a very interesting movie though.
